Yes. Peru is supported for USD accounts, EUR accounts, SWIFT payments, and cards. A company registered with SUNARP can apply online for a USD and EUR business account for Peruvian companies. The accounts are enabled once Altitude has verified the company and its owners.

No. You open the account with your Peruvian entity and its own documents: its SUNARP registry entry (partida registral) and RUC, its share register (matrícula de acciones), a recent electronic invoice (factura electrónica) or client contract, and a utility bill (recibo) or lease for its physical operating address. You don’t need a US entity.

Exporters, agencies, software teams, service companies, and any other company registered with SUNARP. Each one applies online with its registry entry (partida registral) and RUC, then gets USD and EUR accounts, global payments, and corporate cards in one workspace.

You get a USD business account and a euro business account for your company in Peru. Your USD business account gives you a US routing number and account number that take ACH and wire payments, and SWIFT details for clients who bank elsewhere. Your EUR business account gives you a SEPA IBAN. Clients enter your registered company name (razón social) exactly as it appears and send SWIFT payments in USD.

It’s free to open, with no setup or monthly fee. Receiving ACH, wire, SEPA, and SWIFT payments is free, and you see the cost of every payment you send before you approve it.

Send USD by SWIFT to the account your company holds with a bank in Peru. It arrives within five business days. If that account is in another currency, your bank may convert the payment.

To open the account online, you’ll need:

  • A SUNARP certified copy of your registry entry (certificado literal de partida registral), or your deed of incorporation (escritura de constitución), with your registered company name (razón social) and RUC, the 11-digit number that starts with 20 for a company.
  • Your share register (matrícula de acciones). An S.R.L. or E.I.R.L. shows its owners through its registry entry.
  • An electronic invoice (factura electrónica) you issued or received, or a signed client contract, dated in the past six months.
  • An electricity or water bill (recibo de luz or agua) dated in the past three months, or a lease, for your physical operating address.
  • An email identity check for each owner with 25% or more, using a DNI, foreigner’s ID card (carné de extranjería), or passport. A certificate of power of attorney (vigencia de poder) is needed only if your representative isn’t named in the other documents.

Your S.A.C. or S.R.L. gets a US routing number, SWIFT details, and a SEPA IBAN, so a client in the US or Europe can pay into an account in their own region. Payments to your suppliers abroad go out from that same balance.
