Your financial documents are ready to download in Altitude

You can’t simplify financial work without simplifying the paperwork.

We built Altitude to make financial work more efficient, so you can spend more time building your business. Which means, sooner or later, we had to deal with the paperwork.

Because even when your payments, cards, and accounts run smoothly, someone will still ask for a statement. Usually right when you’re in the middle of something else.

Altitude lets you download the documents you need directly from your account.

The records you need are right where you do the work.

Whether you’re reviewing activity or sharing payment details, you can now download the following documents directly from Altitude:

• Account statements to review account activity over a selected period.
• Balance summaries for a record of your balances.
• Account details to share payment information with a client or payer.
• Accounts and services summaries for a record of your Altitude accounts and services.
• Card statements to review card activity.
• Transfer confirmations to confirm a completed outgoing payment.

Download your documents in a few clicks.

There are two ways to generate an account statement: Transactions → Export → PDF or Account → Export → PDF. Choose one account or all accounts, select the statement period, then generate and download your PDF.

For balance summaries, account details, accounts and services summaries, and card statements, go to Settings → Documents and select the document you need.

For a transfer confirmation, open the completed outgoing payment in Transactions and download its confirmation.

Need transaction data for reconciliation? You can also export it separately as a CSV by account, currency, and date range.
